Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray 9 x 13 inch baking dish with cooking spray.
- Sauce: In a small saucepan, combine sugar, cornstarch and water and bring to a boil. Stir until thickened. Remove from heat and add vanilla.
- Crumble: In a medium mixing bowl, combine brown sugar, flour, oatmeal and butter. Mix well. Divide the mixture in half and place one half in the bottom of the baking dish and press evenly to form a crust.
- Place sliced peaches over the crust. Pour sauce evenly over the peaches. Sprinkle remaining crumble mixture over the top.
- Bake for 30 to 45 minutes or until golden brown.

- 2-1/2 Cups Graham Cracker Crumbs
- 1/2 Cup Sugar
- 10 Tablespoons Butter or Margerine Melted
- 2 Packages Cream Cheese 8 oz., Softened
- 1 Cup Powdered Sugar
- 2 Teaspoons Vanilla
- 2 Tubs Cool Whip
- 3 Packages Instant Chocolate Pudding Mix Small
- 5-1/4 Cups Milk

- Crust: Mix graham cracker crumbs, butter, and sugar in bowl. Press mixture into bottom and sides of 9 x 13 pan. Bake at 350 for 8 minutes. (Baking is optional)
- Bottom Layer: In bowl, mix cream cheese, vanilla, powdered sugar and 1 tub cool whip. Spread mixture evenly over crust.
- Top Layer: Mix together chocolate pudding and milk. Let set for 5 minutes in refrigerator. Spread over the cream cheese layer.
- Top entire pie with the other tub of Cool Whip. Refrigerate until ready to serve
